Social Skills 101: Attendees will learn about tone, gestures, body language, and facial expressions.
Social skills training utilizes behavior therapy principals and techniques that teaches individuals to communicate their emotions and requests in order to achieve their goals while meeting their needs for positive lasting relationships.
Anxiety and Depression: Attendees will learn to recognize anxiety and depressive symptoms in themselves and in others; learn how to manage emotions; and develop an understanding of healthy anxiety and depression symptoms.
